The fact that the he often picks out people who have little power or even groups that simply don't exist seem not to matter. He writes his own story in which he is both the hero and the victim. Yes, he has already begun that process by having a curious cyclist arrested for pulling some slime covered paint chip out of the pool. Trump is referring to this person as a plural gang of vandals who somehow infested the pool with the algae. His Neanderthal MAGAs believe his story.
