How many of you have cut WCN family members out of your life? What kind of pushback have you suffered, if any?
I'm a recovering Evangelical - now not associated with a specific church - and I've had to block my own sister on all socials as she has weaponized her beliefs in a way that I am no longer willing to tolerate. It feels like she's in a cult and there's nothing I can do. I'm going on a special trip this fall paid for by my mother that also includes my sister and my sister-in-law. I'm dreading how to navigate. Any suggestions for how to take care of myself between now and then - and also protect my boundaries while on this trip?
