I have one note to add in response to your persistent eloquence: a personal Thank You.

Thank you for your strong and steady voice. Thank you for expressing common sense human values that resonate across faiths (I'm Jewish). Thank you for posting audio of your messages that I listened to on my walks. Thank you for being there for me and us over these past few months. May the force be with us in the next few days!

Today I have been remembering all the amazing legislation Joe was able to make happen. While we pace and worry, reflect.

Thank you President Biden, your leadership will be remembered with respect. You're love for this country and your family should be an example of dignity and respect.

Thank you Joe,

!

Regardless of the outcome, I am grateful for discovering you and your beautiful mess. I am reassured that I have core beliefs that enable me to see the beauty in the mess and that I am part of a beautiful community creating circles of inclusion rather than walls of separation.

Very well said John, with your heartfelt statement for community in the face of dishonesty and corruption. I too feel strongly that we will emerge from this assault by trump and his cronies on our civic values, with greater resolve and purpose to strengthen our democracy. Goodspeed to Kamala and Tim for a rousing electoral success!

Thank you for perseverance and encouragement. Somehow tonight my hope is faltering. I fear that patriarchy, wealth and stupidity solidarity will be too strong. I’m scared for my daughters, one LGBTQ who is terrified. I keep remembering 2016 tonight. How can this be happening? 😢

It was an upbeat line of voters waiting up to an hour where I live in northern New Castle Delaware. People kind, friendly, and eager to cast their ballots. The gray morning has morphed into beautiful sunny day. May it be sunny tomorrow as well!
